I have over 20 years’ experience in leadership, and executive roles. My career has been defined by supporting ambitious organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and investment, often acting as a strategic partner across legal, HR, and operational functions.

I’ve led teams, advised boards on complex regulatory and governance matters, and helped businesses navigate multi-jurisdictional challenges with clarity and confidence. My background also includes strategic HR leadership, giving me a unique perspective on how legal and people strategy intersect to drive business success.

As well as being a qualified UK lawyer, I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and an Executive MBA, reflecting both my commercial mindset and commitment to strategic leadership.

Now, through New Road Consultancy, I provide support for the change you’re driving; scaling the business, professionalising the back office, getting investment-ready, building a performance culture, and giving your internal team the senior oversight and mentoring they need to step up.
